How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you can click on the chat feature on our website.

Return / Mulligan Process

What is a Mulligan?

  • A Mulligan is a process for SP4 members to return items received from Short Par 4. Start the process by filling out the Mulligan Form and we'll send you a prepaid return label to ship your items back. Once the item(s) are received by SP4, you will receive a refund in SP4 Bucks in the value of your items to shop for Mulligan items in the SP4 Rewards or use toward an upcoming subscription.

**Note that there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be taken off of the value of the SP4 Bucks you'll be receiving.

 

How do I start the Mulligan process?

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to http://www.shortpar4.com/account/login
  2. Click “My Account”
  3. Click "Mulligan Form" to fill out and submit information on the items you wish to return.
  4. Receive your email with a prepaid return label.
  5. Ship your package and redeem your SP4 Bucks once the shipment is received by the SP4 Team.
  6. Use your SP4 Bucks in the SP4 Rewards or toward an upcoming order.

 Condition of returned items.

  • The condition of the returned items MUST be in the same condition that you receive them. If SP4 receives the product back in unacceptable condition, you will receive 20% of the value in SP4 Bucks instead of 100% of the value.
  • To receive 100% value in SP4 bucks, the product received by SP4 must be shipped back under the following conditions:

    - The product must have the original tags.
    - Not be visibly worn, damaged, or stained.
    - Hats must be sent back in boxes to avoid being damaged during shipping.
    - Shoes must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn on the golf course & be shipped back inside other packaging and NOT just the shoe box itself. If your purchase is outside of 30 days, reach out to the manufacturer regarding any issues.

 What items can I return?

  • All apparel items are eligible to be returned if they were sent to you in your current month’s package.  Items received prior to your current month's packages will not be eligible for return.

 

When will I receive my return shipping label?

  • A return label will be sent to your email within two (2) business days of SP4 receiving your Mulligan Form submission.

When will I receive my SP4 Bucks?

  • Your SP4 Bucks will be applied to your account within two (2) business days of SP4 receiving your return package.

Cost of the Mulligan?

  • Returns are FREE!

What can I do with the SP4 Bucks I receive?

  • You have two options!
  1. You can redeem them toward a purchase.

Can I do a Mulligan for an item I received through a previous Mulligan (Executive & Magnolia Members)?

  • Yes! You will go through the same Mulligan process using the same "Mulligan Form" that you did to perform your previous Mulligan.  Item(s) must comply with the same rules; if it was received in the current month or the previous month then it is eligible for a Mulligan.

When will my order from The Vault ship?

  • An order placed in The Vault ships within two (2) business days.
    - A confirmation email with tracking will always be sent when your order is being prepped for shipping.

How much is shipping for The Vault?

  • Orders over $99.95 are FREE.
  • Any purchases under $99.95 will be charged $8.95.

What is Short Par 4

Short Par 4 is an online men's subscription service that delivers selected items each month, curating packages to your personal style preferences for a personalized experience.

What can I expect to see in my monthly package?

Each month your Style Caddie will pick apparel items for you to ensure that you are receiving a great value for your membership. Our mission with each package is to impress you with our quality and leave you excited for the packages yet to come.

Items we have shipped:

  • Tops (Polos, Pullovers, T-Shirts)
  • Bottoms (Pants, Shorts)
  • Shoes
  • Accessories (Belts, Hats, Socks, Golf Gloves, Golf Towels, Golf Balls, etc...)

You can receive any combination of the above, keeping the season in mind for all. 

*We do not take requests to not receive certain items. The surprise is the best part!

What is a Persona for the Fairway & Executive Subscriptions?

A Persona is based on different color schemes and patterns which will allow you to show your personality on and off the golf course.

For the Athletic Persona, you will receive a modern and clean style with colors from deep tones to popping accents. Patterns will range across the board from solids, stripes, and subtle textures. Dustin Johnson, Jordan Spieth, and Zach Johnson do a great job of showing how this persona looks on the course.

With the Loud & Wild Persona, you can expect to receive bold, strong and fun styles. Colors will be bright, and neon mixed with every pattern you can think of such as chevrons, argyle, and plaids. Rickie Fowler, Ian Poulter and John Daly do a great job in representing this persona.

The Traditional Persona will be a more conservative and classic style with neutrals and muted accent colors. Patterns will be between solids as well as subtle textures. Players that we look at for this persona would be Matt Kuchar, Phil Mickelson, and Fred Couples.

With the All Styles Persona, you will receive a mix of any of the above personas. This is great for someone that is willing to mix up their outfits depending on the occasion and is open to a sleek traditional look but also willing to show off their confidence with bold colors. Adam Scott, Justin Thomas, and Bubba Watson mix up these personas well.

If I purchase after the 1st of the month will I be charged twice before I receive my first package?

No, you will not be charged twice before receiving your first package.

If you purchased your subscription between the 1st & 20th of the month, your next charge date will be on the 1st of the following month. For Example; I placed an order on November 15th and it shows my next ship date as of December 1st.  You will receive your first package in November and then your next charge date will be December 1st. WE DO NOT DOUBLE BILL YOU. 

If you purchased your subscription on or after the 21st, your next charge date will be on the 1st in two months from the month purchased. For Example; I placed an order on November 22nd and it shows my next ship date as of January 1st.  You will receive your first package in December and then your next charge date is January 1st. WE DO NOT DOUBLE BILL YOU. 

All new orders will ship out within 48-72 hours of the purchase date.

When does my credit card get charged?

All recurring memberships can expect their credit cards to be charged on the first (1st) of every month. 

To avoid being charged, cancellations need to be made by 11:59pm EST two days prior to the 1st of the month (if there are 31 days in the month, you must cancel at 11:59pm EST of the 29th).  If this is not done, you will be charged the 1st of the month.  There will be no exceptions!  

What payment methods are accepted?

How long will it take for my Golf Text order to ship?

All orders will ship in 7 to 10 business days.

How often will an Golf Text deal be sent to me?

Text deals are sent at least once a week but keep your eye out for more!

Your first deal will be sent to you the same day you sign up unless it is after 9 pm EST, it will then be sent to you the next day.

Each offer will last till 11:59pm of the day it is sent to you or when the item is sold out.

How much is shipping for Golf Text?

Why in my account does it appear as though I will not receive a package for 2 months?

In your account you may see a ship date of the first of the following month.  This is actually your next scheduled charge date, not ship date. ALL PACKAGES SHIP on either the 15th or 20th of the month. We make all efforts to have your package shipped out by the 22nd of the month you signed up on. 

For Example:  I placed an order on November 22nd and it shows my next ship date as January 1st.  You will receive your first package in December and then your next charge date is January 1st. WE DO NOT DOUBLE BILL YOU. 

When do I need to Cancel my order by?

Cancellations for ALL subscriptions need to be made by 11:59pm EST two days prior to the 1st of the month (if there are 31 days in the month, you must cancel at 11:59pm EST of the 29th).  If this is not done, you will be charged the 1st of the month.  There will be no exceptions!

Short Par 4's Previous Model

Our blogging partners wrote articles about Short Par 4 during the early stages of existence but since then our members spoke and we listened, which led to us discontinuing that model. 

For our Fairway Package, you pay just $54.95 per month plus a shipping fee for a package of styled apparel to be shipped to you monthly.  We also offer our Executive Package for $99.95 per month, Magnolia Box for $99 per month, and PGA of America for $150 (subscription) or $175 (one-time purchase) per month.  No more worrying about getting a package returned back to us on time.

Promotional Sales

For promotional sales, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, and/or store credit.

Some examples of promotional sales are as follows, but are not limited to:

  • Holidays
  • Fathers Day
  • Black Friday
  • Cyber Monday
  • Majors (golf)
  • Weekly Promos

*Existing Gift Cards of any kind cannot be applied to promotional sales.

Can I receive a refund on a gift card purchase?

Difference in value of a Refund & The Vault

Why is the refund value of an item I returned (from my monthly subscription package), less than the price of that same item in the Vault?

The advantage of being a Short Par 4 subscriber is getting apparel and accessories at highly discounted prices. We can only offer these items at such prices when receiving them as part of your monthly membership, we cannot offer individual items in The Vault at the same price due to stock and availability. Please note that the items in our store are still discounted from retail prices.

What will be the value of the SP4 Bucks that I receive for my Mulligan?

  • The value you receive will reflect the paid value of the subscription for the items shipped back to SP4 of the current month's package.

  • $1 = 100 SP4 Bucks

When will my package ship?

Fairway & Executive Subscription (Recurring Members) - These packages will ship on the 15th of each month. If the 15th lands on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day.

NEW MEMBERS - If you place your order between the 1st and the 14th, your order will be shipped with the recurring members orders on the 15th. Any orders that come in on or after the 15th, the orders will ship within 3 business days. For new orders placed by the 20th of the month, your next charge date will be on the 1st of the following month. If your order is placed on or after the 21st, your next charge date will NOT be on the 1st of the following month but the 1st of the month after that as we don't want you to be charged twice before receiving your first package. If you'd like to move your charge date up, feel free to contact the Customer Service Team.

For example, if your order is placed between the 1st & 20th of August, your next charge date will be on the 1st and ship on the 15th of September. If your order is placed on or after the 21st of August, your next charge date will be on the 1st of and ship on the 15th of October.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are:

  • $8.95 within the Domestic U.S.
  • $19.95 for all the Non-Domestic U.S. (i.e. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc.)
  • $25 or higher for ALL International (For international shipments, going to Austrailia, Canada, US outlying islands & UK)

Does Short Par 4 ship internationally?

  • Yes, we do as we have many happy members around the globe!
  • There will be a minimum of $15 shipping charge on ALL orders for anyone outside of the U.S.
  • Shipping charges may be more than $15 due to weight or being expedited.

 

What if I received a damaged item or the incorrect size?

  • Damaged items or an item that was sent to you in a size that differs from your style profile will result in a free replacement item. Please contact customer service to get a new item shipped to you

  

When will I receive my replacement item(s) or online order?

  • Any replacement item(s) or online purchases will be included in your next shipment.

  

What is the return policy?

  • Unfortunately, International exchanges or returns are not available at this time.

  

Does Short Par 4 ship to every Country?

  • Unfortunately, Short Par 4 only ships to certain countries but is continuously working on adding more countries.

 

Who pays the customs duties & taxes? 

  • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

How do I spend my SP4 Bucks?

There are two different ways to redeem your SP4 Bucks.

  1. Purchases - To apply your SP4 bucks on your new purchase, you can simply select a redemption option at checkout. NOTE: SP4 bucks can only be used on the Rewards section under the "Shop" tab.
  2. On an Existing Subscription - To apply to an existing subscription, click a redemption option in the "Rewards" page and your SP4 Bucks will be automatically applied as a discount against your next eligible subscription purchase.
    *Please note that only one discount can be applied per month.

Do my points expire?

Yes! Your points will expire after 6 months of inactivity!

How do I earn SP4 Bucks?

There are many ways you can earn SP4 Bucks! You’ll earn points just by creating an SP4 account. After that, points can be earned with each purchase, as well as sharing and following us on social media and other platforms.

How do I check my SP4 Bucks balance?

First, log into your account where it says ‘Sign In’ at the top right of our site, then click the ’My Rewards” tab. You can also access this info when clicking the "Rewards" tab after signing in.

How do I qualify for SP4 Rewards?

If you have a SP4 account, you're already a member our the Rewards program. If not, click here to create an account and start earning SP4 Bucks immediately.

Tour Experience Process

How it Works

  1. Every Month, two brands will be announced, and the experience will only be available for 72 hours.
  2. Select one of the two brands and fill out the relevant size information before finalizing your purchase.
  3. Our Stylists will search for the best "tour approved" apparel to include your package, which will be shipped to you with a tracking number before the end of the month
