Which brands can I expect to see from Short Par 4?
Short Par 4 works very closely with the industry's biggest brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma and Under Armour just to name a few.  We also do not leave out the smaller brands like Travis Mathew, Black Clover and/or LinkSoul.

What can I expect to see in my monthly package?
Each month your package will contain 1 to 3 styled apparel items that match your style persona and sizes that you selected.  Some monthly examples would be:  A high end pair of pants; A pair of shorts and a polo; A pair of golf shoes.

When does Short Par 4 ship and how long does it take to get my package?
Your package will ship on the 15th of each month.  If the 15th lands on a weekend or Holiday, it will ship the next business day.  Your first package will ship the following month after you sign up.  Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your package to arrive.
For Example: If you sign up July 5th then your first package will ship on August 15th .

How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free!

What is the return policy?
Short Par 4 does not allow returns for style opinion.   You can exchange an apparel item for size if it does not fit.  Short Par 4 members must send an email within 7 days of receiving your package to exchange an item that does not fit.  All exchange emails must be sent to members@shortpar4.com.  In your email please tell us your first and last name, the item you are exchanging, and the new size you need in return.  Once you email us, you will receive an email within 24hours that contains your prepaid return label.  Upon receipt of your return address label, you have 7 days to get your item(s) shipped back to us.

When will I receive my exchanged item(s)?
In order to continue to deliver great value and savings to our members we will include your exchanged item(s) in the following month's shipment.  

How do I change my preferences?
Send an email to members@shortpar4.com with your desired preference changes and one of our Short Par 4 stylists will make the necessary adjustments to your account.

When does my credit card get charged?
You can expect your credit cards to be charged on the first of every month.  

If I purchase after the 1st of the month will I be charged twice before I receive my first package?
You will not be charged twice before getting your first package.  Your initial charge is for your first package which will arrive the following month.  You will then see your second charge occur on the 1st of the month after you receive your first package.

For Example:  If you initially sign up on August 5th, your first package will ship on September 15th and then you will be charged for your second package on October 1st.

What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. 

When do I need to Cancel my order by?
You must cancel your order before the 1st of the month in order to not be charged and to not receive your next package.  If you cancel after the 1st you will receive a box that month since your credit card will have already been charged.  Your account will then be canceled for the following month.

How do I Cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your Short Par 4 subscription by calling customer service at (941) 251-4083.  Due to security reasons you must speak with a Short Par 4 representative in order to cancel your account.  Please call between the hours of 8:00 AM EST and 7 PM EST Monday through Friday.  To avoid being charged again and receiving another package from Short Par 4, please contact us before the 1st of the month.  Hopefully we will see you back at Short Par 4 in the near future. 

When I research Short Par 4 online it shows that I get $250 worth of apparel and can return the items that I do not want.  Is this still the case?
Our blogging partners wrote articles about Short Par 4 during the early stages of existence but since then our members  spoke and we listened, which led to us discontinuing that model.  You pay just $45 per month for a package of styled apparel to be shipped to you monthly.  Exchanging an apparel item for size is easy and can be done by sending an email to members@shortpar4.com.  Shipping is always free with no more worrying about getting a package returned back to us on time. 

Does Short Par 4 ship internationally?
