How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account, and clicking “Manage Subscription” on the left side of your screen. You will then see the option to select “Cancel Subscription” on your active subscriptions you have with us.

Return/Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

In the event you received an incorrect or damaged item, we offer exchanges through our Mulligan Process. To learn more about our Exchange process, see “Mulligan Process”.

Exchanged items must be returned in their original condition, within 30 days of receipt. We do not accept exchanges that are visibly worn or have become damaged after our initial shipment to you (tags are missing, stained, etc). 

  • Hats must be sent back in boxes to avoid being damaged during shipping.
  • Shoes must be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn on the golf course & be shipped back inside other packaging and NOT just the shoe box itself. 
  • The product must have the original tags.
  • The item must not be visibly worn, damaged, or stained. 

Short Par 4 does not accept returns for underwear, socks, flip flops or sandals. 

All promotional sale items are final sale as is, and are ineligible for exchanges.
